Some feel called to prepare consciously and reflect on their own upbringing, emotional patterns and relationship dynamics before entering this important life phase.With embodiment practices and parts-work you can meet your own inner-child and learn how to reparent yourself with love and acceptance. Coaching can be a beautiful practice playground - long before your real miracle is on the way or when you notice triggers, once your family has grown.
The way we relate to ourselves can influence how we show up in relationships, including parenting. My Coaching is an invitation to explore questions such as:
How do I want to show up as a mother, partner and for myself?
How can I cultivate emotional resilience, self-compassion and presence?

In my view, (sexual) pleasure is our birthright.
Unfortunately, almost all of us have experienced some form of challenging sexual experience and negative messaging that keeps us from feeling safe and accessing the full range of pleasure that our bodies have the capacity to feel.
Embodiment-based Coaching can support you in exploring your relationship with intimacy and sexuality in a respectful and curious way.Gentle, trauma-informed embodiment practices and holistic tools like breath, sound and movement can help your body, energy and sexuality to come back into its natural full expression.
For clients who feel curious, we may also explore traditional practices inspired by tantric or Taoist teachings that invite a more embodied, playful and energy-based relationship with sexuality and self-pleasure.
These practices and self-exploration tools are always optional and approached with care, consent and respect for individual comfort levels.

I’m a licensed Therapist and Medical Doctor* specialised in child & adolescent psychiatry turned Embodiment- and Intimacy- Coach.
I offer worldwide, online Coaching in English and German.
I am a quiet force of love and lasting transformation. And a playful dreamer. I can be a fierce protector, when I have to. I love deeply and hold the complexities of our human experience without fear. I am a liberator of inner children and advocate for real children. I care deeply about the future generations.
I bring years of clinical experience in supporting people to regain trust in their bodies, rewire safety into their nervous-systems, build capacity for pleasure and strengthen their relationships and sense of self-worth.
As a coach I can aim for the stars - I want to see you shine and fall deeply in love with yourself, the people around you and life itself.
In my Coaching* I blend scientifically grounded knowledge with gentle, trauma-informed embodiment- and parts-work, EFT-Tapping and sacred, empowering (and sometimes juicy) practices, based on ancient tantric and taoist teachings, that I received from the amazing Layla Martin during my ongoing >600h coaching certification in the Vital and Integrated Tantric Approach ( VITA™).
You do not have to be spiritual to benefit from my coaching - but you might just start believing in magic along the way.
Witnessing, celebrating and supporting my clients on their journeys is my greatest honour and joy.
