Learn how to deepen the relationship to your body and honour its wisdom to get to your desire.
Over the course of 3 months we aim to create a solid foundation of self love, gain clarity on the biggest blockages to getting what you desire and start gently clearing them up.
Learn how to use foundational embodiment and nervous-system regulation tools that you can continue to apply on your own in the future.
If you have previous experience with this kind of work, I will meet you from there.

If you do not like this method or working with me by your 4th session, we can end it there and I will offer to refund you the full amount of the package price. -

Once we have finished the sessions of our Dare to Shine-Package you might want to:
have continued support for more deep seated patterns and limiting beliefs
create and strengthen new neural pathways and behaviours through consistent practice
continue to explore the intricacies and wonders of your inner landscape.
The Mentoring Package can also provide more opportunities to go deeper into the tantric and taoist teachings and practices and work with your energy body or sacred sexuality.
This a monthly subscription of 1-3 sessions, based on your needs and however long our work feels supportive for you and your growth.
I am committed to offer limited spaces on a “pay as much as you safely can” basis for clients in financial need (3 months package).
